解説 |
Kōemon is from the kabuki play The Treasury of Loyal Retainers, and one of the Forty-seven Ronin of Akō who partook in the true events that inspired the play. Kōemon is a nickname and his real name is Onodera Hidetomi. During the Akō incident, in which the former retainers of the Akō raided the household of Kira Kōzukenosuke to avenge the death of their master, Kōemon showed courage by storming in first and defeating the guards. The actor portraying him is Seki Sanjūrō III who was known for his prominent nose. |
