Utagawa HiroshigeⅢ The production date:1875 At the east end of the Ishibe post station, there is a tateba, or a rest station called Megawa no sato, and there was a shop famous with the local specialties of nameshi (rice to which some green vegetables are added) and dengaku (tofu with sweet miso sauce). In the picture, the scene of people passing by the highway near the tateba is illustrated. |
